Manually restart Sentry

Having trouble?

If your device is not behaving as expected and restarting it doesn't resolve the problem, please contact our Austin, TX-based team and we'll be happy to help.

Sometimes unexpected things happen. If you're having trouble with your device, you might want to try restarting it.

Reset button

To restart Sentry:

  1. Unplug the device. (Both power and Ethernet, if applicable.)
  2. Press the reset button for 5+ seconds until the device restarts. (The reset button is located on the bottom of the device, next to the brass camera mount. The button is recessed to avoid accidental presses.) Any paper clip, safety pin, push pin, eSIM tool, or similar object will work.
